QuickJack accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and PayPal. (Money orders and personal checks are not accepted.)
All prices presented throughout our online store are in British Pound Sterling (GPB). UK orders will include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes at checkout if applicable.
Occasionally, QuickJack offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a promo or coupon code. If you have an official promo or coupon code from QuickJack, please enter the code towards the bottom of the checkout page in the Discounts Code Field.
To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section at the top of this website. If you have an account with us, log in using your email address. By accessing your account within our online store, you'll be able to view and track your orders in your account.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” at the bottom page of this website. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “Account Information”.
Ordering a Quickjack from Mainland Europe
Orders to Mainland Europe
The QuickJack CE approved model is available for deliveries to the entire mainland Europe. Please go through the checkout process as normal and you will be given options for shipping depending on your location.
Payment Options for Outside the UK
Most countries can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), other countries will be required to pay by international money transfer to our bank account. All money transfer and/or exchange fees will be payable by the purchaser. For credit card payments outside of the UK a cross border fee may be payable.
Different countries have different shipping options. Please email us to confirm your options or they will be displayed in the checkout process.
Local Taxes and VAT
As per European regulations, VAT for business purchasers will be billed at the rate of the country of the business ordering the QuickJack. Businesses must have a valid VAT (or country equivalent) that will be verified automatically in the checkout process. If it cannot be verified, VAT will be billed at the UK standard rate for all European countries.
For non-european orders, VAT will be charged or not charged depending on the UK laws. This will be verified in the checkout process.
Taxes and Import Duties
All relevant taxes and import duties if any are payable by the customer. Failure to pay import duties by the customer to relevant authorities will NOT constitute grounds for a claim of non-delivery of product.
Returns & Replacements
All QuickJack shipments are subject to our standard return policies and associated restocking charges. The customer must retain original cartons and contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days from the date of the invoice before any product is returned to the manufacturer. Special or custom order products of any kind cannot be returned for credit or refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to check cartons for signs of damage, shortage, or abuse. The customer should open the cartons and check the contents and note any shortages or damages to the freight bill at the time of delivery. It is the customer’s right to refuse any shipment that shows obvious signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery. If damage is discovered after the delivery driver has left, retain damaged packaging materials and contact our customer service department at 01420 481 388 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
